the form and mail with your payment in the US mail.
(2) Use the submit button and it will be
E-Mailed to the chairperson.
You will then get together with the chairperson for
payment.
(3) If you wish to be a sub please note on the mail in
form.
If you use e-mail please go the sub form and e-mail
it to the chairperson by using the submit button

You must send in your dues for the league by
U.S. Mail or
give it to the chairperson in person, before the due date.
