E-Mailed to the chairperson. You will then get together with the chairperson for
payment.

form.
If you use e-mail please go the sub form and e-mail
it to the chairperson by using the submit button

You must send in your dues for the league by
U.S. Mail or give it to the chairperson in person, before the due date.
